My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yum is a playful, sweet, loyal companion who loves exercise, chewing bones, and cozying up next to you on the couch.

Yum is house trained, sleeps all night in her crate, and is content to nap in her crate during the day for a couple hours at a time. She is generally a quiet dog- not a barker. She has lived in an apartment in NYC in a very busy neighborhood and enjoys the city's dog parks and trainer-run day care, but we think she'll be happier in a less hectic environment. Yum is now is in a 6 week board and train program in Connecticut where she's doing great-- we have one video here and will share more soon!

Yum is so eager to please her people. She can be protective. She needs an experienced dog owner who loves and understands her breed. Her ideal home is with an active person who can provide lots of leadership, structure, routine, and outside time, along with lots of affection.

And, Yum's trainer CJ will support you to make sure she has a good transition to her new home!
