Looking to rehome my sweet cat Bear (free). She is 5 years old, fully vaccinated and spayed with no health issues to date. She's a Maine Coon (not cheap), black, fluffy and incredibly soft with green eyes. She has polydactyl claws, which are extra claws (common in Maine Coons), which in her case makes her look like she has thumbs. They're pretty cool lol She's indoor but has done well outside a handful of times to explore and then comes back in. She's a lovely cat with a sweet temperament, she just unfortunately doesnt seem to enjoy living with us. It could be our 2 dogs or our toddler but she avoids us at all costs, running away to hide. When I pick her up, she's happy to be held and pet, purring away and loves to be brushed.
I think she will be happier with a single person, a couple with no dogs, or some other situation. She just clearly isn't happy in my home, despite my best efforts to encourage companionship and inclusiveness.
