My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FYI: Rorescue is having an adoption event on Saturday December 13 fro 12noon to 3 PM at K9 Korral 6520 E 22nd st, Tucson. If this dog is still available at that time, He will be there.

Please note: Rorescue takes in unwanted, damaged or last chance dogs and try to get them to the adoptable stage. If you are looking for perfect this may not be the dog for you.

HOWEVER, If you are that special person who is seeking to make this sweetie's future better than her past, please continue reading.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Age and breed are difficult to determine with rescue dogs, but our guess is that SUNSHINE is a 25 lb, 3-5 year old chihuahua/heeler mix. She came to us in mid September as a very scared shelter dog, who was on the euthanasia list at PACC.
When we rescued her, she had a collar and harness that was imbedded in her skin. Removal was difficult but once it was removed, she was a happy girl.
PERSONALITY: Our trainer has worked with her since September. She has come a long way and is slowly gaining trust with people. However, she prefers women.
IDEAL FAMILY FOR SUNSHINE: We are looking for a quiet home, female only, with a yard and lots of love and patience to help SUNSHINE be the wonderful dog she was meant to be.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
FYI: Rorescue dogs are NOT perfect. We rescue the dogs the throw away dogs that nobody wants for various reasons. Then we work to get them to the point that they are adoptable. We strive to share all information that we gather with the adopter. We can, honestly, state that we NEVER guarantee perfect potty habits.

At RoRescue, we strive to match the dog's personality to the best possible future home. This, in no way, casts judgement on the potential adopter. Our primary concern is the dog's future safety, health and happiness.

ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots.

We do NOT adopt to:
* adopters who intend for the dog to live outside.
* out-of area or out of state locations.
* homes where someone smokes cigarettes, vape or smoke prescribed or non-prescribed substances inside the home
