Hi! I'm Milo! I was found in North Carolina as a newborn puppy, and my owner adopted me shortly after that. She had me for 9 years until she died of cancer recently. I'm temporarily living with my owner's daughter, but she is a student who also works and lives in a tiny studio apartment with yard. I would love a home with a fenced-in yard, more room, and people and/or dogs around to keep me company.
I love meeting new people and dogs, walks, drives, and tug of war. I'm very affectionate and will find my way onto your lap.
I'm house-trained, crate-trained, and know basic commands. I walk pretty well on a leash, though I still have my prey drive. I am neutered, up-to-date on my vaccinations, and take flea and tick medication. I'm allergic to chicken and I have arthritis in my back legs that I take anti-inflammatories, pain medicine (twice a day), and joint supplements (once a day) for. Due to my back leg issues, I can't jump up on things like I used to, so I will ask for help.
