Like, literally. Once she gets into sweet snuggle mode, she loves to climb up and perch on your shoulders, especially right behind your neck. She also doesnt shy away from a wrestling match, especially with her brother, Jude, and would thrive in a quieter home with a cat buddy. Can Penny Lane hit the road to a forever home with you?

We also help responsible pet owners with expenses related to having their cat spayed or neutered. Whiskers provides educational information to increase public awareness of the need to better care for and prevent cats from becoming homeless. We encourage adoption and help strengthen animal rescue services throughout Warren County.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County supports humane education programs for the public and encourages respect and compassion for all animals. We strive to make a difference in the community, one cat at a time.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County is a corporation in the state of Iowa and is ruled by a board of directors. Whiskers is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity. This means that your donation is deductible on your annual income taxes. Whiskers TNR became organized and tax exempt in June of 2016.
