Pearl came to us in June. Sadly, her owner passed away and we took her in. She has been spayed and is house trained. Pearl is approximately 18 months old. She likes to look out the window and hang around the porch. She joins me in my home office daily and keeps me company with her gentle presence. Pearl is quite independent and although she enjoys cuddling and to be petted, there are times, as with all cats, she enjoys solitary time for rest and bathing herself.
I have a 13 year old cat and they are not getting along with one another. We have tried various methods of introduction and have followed the instructions of Jason Galaxy to a T. Both cats hiss at each other and it is not fair to either of them to not feel comfortable in their home. I cannot place blame on Pearl because my resident cat is skid-dish and set in her ways.
Pearl is truly an adorable, cuddly girl and deserves a family that can give her the love and attention.
