Adorable small dog probably a Rat Terrier, about 15 # named Nuggett, He is a fun little dog who loves to play , chase balls, and go for walks. He is also a big snuggler. He would like a fenced in yard, does not have to be huge and another dog to play with would be a bonus. Great dog for young retirees, he can go everywhere. He has had his neuter, DHLPP, RABIES, and tested for Anaplasma, Erichilia, HW and Lyme disease, he has been started on HW preventative and flea and tick control. Mission: Lake Haven is an all-volunteer private, non-profit, NO-KILL, animal rescue shelter dedicated to the care and adoption of homeless and/or injured dogs, cats, kittens and puppies in the West Michigan area.
Goals:
(1) Provide temporary shelter for homeless cats and dogs;
(2) Ensure that at the time of entry to Lake Haven, animals receive needed medical care;
(3) Provide spay/neuter services via area veterinarians;
(4) Place animals in responsible and loving adoptive homes; and
(5) Educate pet owners and the public in proper animal care and the urgent need to spay and neuter their pets.
