BRANDON NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!
Name: Brandon Best Guess for Breed: Chihuahua and terrier mix
Best Guess for Age: 7 months as of December 2025 SEX: Male
Approximate Weight: 14 lbs as of 11/21/25 - he is still growing!
Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!
Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think Brandon would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure he can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.

Brandon is Looking For: Hi! I'm Brandon. Me and my sister Perla are satos from Puerto Rico. Growing up together has been great but now we're ready to split up and get our own human families. I'm looking for adventure! Lots of sniffy walks and romps with pup pals and world exploration. My legs may be little but they're sturdy I have all that great young-dog energy!
Most of all, though, I want to always be safe and loved, to always know where I belong. I promise so much love and loyalty in return. What do you say? Do I get to go home with you?
