Meet Cleopatra!
Born around the end of July and weighing about 17 pounds, Cleopatra is a beautiful Spaniel–Retriever mix with a tender, shy-sweet temperament that melts hearts. She and her brother Anthony were found in a rural area at just 3 months old, and despite her timid beginnings, Cleopatra has blossomed into a gentle, loving girl.

She rides wonderfully in the car, takes baths without a fuss, and is learning to walk on a leash. At night, she curls up in her crate and sleeps quietly until morning. Cleopatra is fantastic with other dogs and is also cat-friendly, making her a lovely fit for many types of families.

Cleopatra is a sensitive soul who thrives with reassurance. She’ll need a patient, kind pet parent to support her as she continues her journey of gaining confidence. A home with another friendly dog is strongly preferred—having a canine companion truly helps her shine. And just like her brother, she absolutely loves to be held and cuddled.

Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama, Pennsylvania and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate.
