If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Luna is a sweet, loving German Shepherd who adores people. She has no aggression toward humans and is fully house-trained, non-destructive, and very affectionate. Luna loves walks (especially collecting pinecones), hikes, fetch, and belly rubs. She has lots of energy and thrives with routine, attention, and daily exercise, but is also okay with hanging out around the house after a walk.
Luna is being rehomed because she has become increasingly reactive toward the older dog in her current home. We have tried for so long to make it work, but we want Luna to live in a better situation for her where she can relax and enjoy the rest of her life. For her safety and happiness, she needs to be the only dog in the new household.
She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, healthy, and looking for a loving home where she can be your one-and-only companion and enjoy a calm, structured environment.
