Life has thrown a few challenges his way, and after being attacked by another dog in his previous home, his family had to make the difficult decision to surrender him. But Todd is ready to start fresh, and he is blooming more every day.
Once you meet him, the first thing you will notice is his sweetness. He walks beautifully on leash, checks in with his handler, and absolutely lights up when someone stops to say hello.
