Coco is a poodle/dachsund/maltese mutt rescue dog that weighs about 14 lbs. She is approximately 6 years old; we have had her for 4.5 years. She unfortunately has snapped at our toddler twice, once provoked by him grabbing her and once unprovoked by him just walking close to her face. She has been an amazing dog other than this, and has no issues with any older children she has been around that understand boundaries with animals. She gets along with most dogs, some dogs she does not but lives in a house with a large poodle and 2 cats and has no issues. She did have heartworms that were cured when we adopted her. She is house trained and we do live on a farm and she runs free with a boundary collar outside. She does have a high prey drive and should not be around free range chickens etc.. she has been an amazing dog and we hate to rehome her but cant risk our toddlers safety. She is a wonderful lap dog who loves cuddling but also playful.
