My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Theo is a 6 year old Husky/Lab mix who needs a child-free (or high schoolers and older) home. He is a very loving affectionate dog to most adults, loves hugs, belly rubs, and snuggles. He wants to be a lap dog and doesn’t seem to realize how big he is (70-75lbs). He has never chewed our things or made a mess in the house.

He will nap most of the day, but wants plenty of attention, interaction, and outdoor time too. He will try to leap the fence of a yard if it’s shorter than 5ft, and occasionally digs holes if left alone for too long. He would do best with a family that understands the needs of a large part-husky dog and are willing and able to give him the love, attention, and exercise he needs (active play time or daily walks, etc). He also needs a family who’s willing to carry on his daily anxiety meds and work with him to establish calm routines.

This boy has so much love to give for the right family who can see his heart of gold and help him through the rough spots.
