If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
This is Odie! He is likely ~3 months old, male and ~2.5 pounds. He is full of love. He has strong purrs and loves pets and cuddles. He is very smart and curious and was litter box trained within a few days. He has a healthy appetite for play but also loves to lounge in the sun or in a lap. He loves our dog and wants to be friends with our cat too, but is not welcomed by him (it's not Odie-- it's our cat lol).
Backstory:
Odie is short for Odysseus, because this little one has already had an arduous journey in his short life! We found Odie laying in the road on 11/1/25. He was very malnourished and weak. We posted him locally for weeks, but not claimed. With the help of the vet and some love, he has made a great recovery, save for a little remaining congestion. He is a great cat and I know that we were meant to save him for a reason, and that he will make such a positive impact in someone's life!
Looking for:
A loving home where he can be indoors, given his tough start!
