Amber’s story didn’t start the way any cat’s should. This lovely calico girl was living in someone’s car, and when the person tried to abandon her behind a Dollar General, a kindhearted Good Samaritan stepped in and saved her. Thanks to that quick thinking, Amber is now safe, cared for, and ready to find the loving home she’s always deserved.
Amber is a gentle, grateful soul with soft calico patches and warm golden eyes that seem to say “thank you” every time you look at her. Despite what she’s been through, she hasn’t lost her trust in people — in fact, she leans into affection, eager for pets, comfort, and companionship.
She loves cozy bedding, quiet moments, and anyone willing to sit with her and let her feel secure. Once she knows she’s safe, her sweet personality blossoms: she purrs softly, nudges for attention, and relaxes into the kind of cat who could happily spend hours curled beside you.

Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, and group testing for FIV and FeLV.

The Mission of Juliet's House is to promote the humane care and rescue of abandoned animals; to support volunteers willing to foster such animals through socialization and medical treatments to adoption. Additional goals are to promote spay and neutering of pets to reduce over-population and to increase the general public's support of abandoned animals and improve the welfare of companion pets through education.
