Tucker is a sweet male dog who appreciates a gentle, respectful approach, especially when meeting new people. He can be a bit shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he enjoys interaction and will happily engage with his friends. Tucker has had dog friends before and may do well with another compatible canine companion. He's looking for a patient home that will let him open up at his own pace and enjoy life by your side.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
