Ruthie is an incredibly sweet lady who is looking for a new best friend! She loves attention and pets; she's been described as "truly the ultimate lap cat." Ruthie has done well with kids of all ages as well as dogs! She was previously bullied by cat friends in the home, so she has developed food insecurity and overeating behaviors when food is finally available but is currently working on her weight loss journey and has already lost 2lbs! Really she's just looking for someone to give her as much love as she gives!
