My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bobby is a 2-year-old pit bull mix with a calm, thoughtful soul and just the right amount of playful sparkle. He makes an excellent walking buddy — happy to stroll along at an easy pace, stopping to sniff all the good smells along the way. He especially enjoys peaceful walks in the woods, where he can explore at his own speed and just enjoy being out with his person.

Bobby is a volunteer favorite, and it’s easy to see why. He’s gentle, polite, and content to spend time soaking up pets and listening to quiet conversations. While he’s mostly a laid-back guy, he does have the occasional playful burst that shows off his fun, smart side and brings a smile to everyone around him.

He doesn’t participate in playgroups, but he’s not reactive when leaving the kennel and has consistently shown himself to be calm and well-mannered on walks. Bobby is housebroken and would likely prefer to be the only dog in the home, where he can enjoy all the love and attention for himself. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who appreciates the simple joys of life — walks, love, and companionship — Bobby might be your perfect match.
