My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Fendi! This young fella came to us as a stray in pretty bad shape, and we've been working with him for a few weeks to get him in tip top shape for his new forever home! Despite whatever he previously went through, he is still trusting and loving and playful and has a good life ahead of him full of running around and being silly. He has shown interest in other dogs, but we have not tested him yet! He has been doing a good job at letting us bulk him up and put on some fat for the wintertime. He can be a big snuggler once he wants it and would really just love having a friend to play with and allow him to let his puppy energy out. Come meet Fendi today!

Additional adoption info

We invite you to visit the shelter locations and meet the animals and the adoption team!

Our adoption process is aimed at matching you, your family and your current pets with our animals for adoption. An adoption counselor will introduce you to our animals in a private meeting room. We will share information about the animal's medical and behavioral needs as well as their history.

When you find the right pet for you and your family, the adoption counselor will assist you in completing the proper paperwork. This process includes signing an adoption contract, reviewing medical history and providing proper pet care information.

What you will need in order to adopt:

A valid photo ID with your current address.

We recommend all members of the household meeting the animal before adopting.

If you are interested in adopting a dog and have other dog(s) living in your household, it is recommended that all dogs meet each other at the shelter.

Certain animals require additional steps or requirements.

Adoption fee is accepted in cash or credit/debit card. Checks, American Express, Discover, Care Credit are not accepted as payment.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to place a hold or accept a deposit for animals that are not available for adoption, that you have not done a formal meet and greet with, or over the phone.
