My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Grey!
This sweetheart came in as a stray September 2025 and, after spending time in a foster home, is ready for her forever home! Playful as can be, she loves to chase after wand toys and crinkle balls! Grey is fond of batting around jingle balls and can occasionally be seen tackling other kittens or playing with their tails. She loves to snuggle too, especially when it means a cozy lap to nap on. Grey loves all kinds of treats, especially crunchy ones, and would love to be spoiled with them.
Grey is great with other cats and may do best in a home with them. We have not seen her with dogs. She is good with children, especially kids that are gentle when petting.

Grey is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Check out all of the pets on our website and or stop in to meet them at the shelter.

2.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application and wait for an adoption counselor to contact you about your approval.

3.

Approve Application

Come in to meet the pet and make sure they are a good fit. If you have a dog in the home we require dog to dog meet and greets.

4.

Take the Pet Home

Once you have found the best fit you will take the pet home for a two week foster trial period.

5.

Sign Adoption Contract

At the end of the two week period, come back into the shelter to finalize your adoption and enjoy your new best friend!

Shelter is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-4:30. We also participate is various adoption events throughout the year.
