What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
4 years old, Neutered, Up to date on all vaccinations, New microchip (unregistered, ready for the new owner), Currently 46 pounds, a little chunky, but ideal weight will be close to 40 lbs (yeah, he's a little guy).
Walks beautifully on a leash (no pulling!)
Ignores squirrels and birds; just pauses to look
Takes treats gently, rides well in the car, and is fully potty-trained
Needs a bit of work on sit & stay, and learning how to play nicely, but one no and he stops. A firm now and he heads to his kennel!
Energy level is moderate for a Husky, he matches your pace and loves to be with his people.
He is truly a lovable guy with a gentle soul.
My friend's father was the owner and he passed away. We are fostering him and trying to find him a new home. We'd love to keep him but we have 2 cats who are not fond of him. One of our cats has anxiety issues that causes her to throw up blood when she gets too nervous, so bringing him into our home long term is not possible.
