Wesley is a handsome, happy-go-lucky dog who never meets a stranger. He was found as a stray, and a kind family took him in, made sure he was neutered, brought up to date on vaccines and preventions and gave him the care he needed. Now, he’s ready to find his forever family through Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue.
Wesley loves everyone he meets and has a big, goofy personality! He’s a little clumsy and doesn’t quite realize how big he is, so while he means no harm, he could easily knock over small children. He enjoys the company of other dogs with proper introductions and hasn’t been tested with cats yet.
This boy is full of energy and would thrive with an active family who can keep up with him. Multiple walks a day, playtime, or a large yard to run around in would make him one happy pup. Wesley is also very food-motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding.
With the right family, Wesley will blossom into the loyal, loving companion he’s meant to be. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate dog who will bring endless joy to your life, Wesley might just be the one!
Wesley is just over 1 year old and weighs just under 40lbs.
