My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tessa Rose is a 8-9 year old girl that enjoys walks and lots of belly rubs and being cuddly on the couch. Most of the time she enjoys being indoors and sleeping, but once on a walk she is excited to explore and see things. She is not a fan of rain, thunderstorms, or fireworks. With the latter two causing her to try to find a place to hide.
She is good with kids but doesn’t know her size. She would be a good fit with a single person, a couple, or family with kids above the age of 7. She is a mutt and all her paperwork labels her as a pointer mix.
She and her sister are being rehomed due to family changes that will impact the amount of attention and interaction they will be receiving. We would like her to be somewhere that can provide those more.
She is good with her adopted sister, Indigo Celene, who is also in need of a rehome. However, due to the stress of rehoming it may be best if she goes to a home as a single dog or with her sister and not to a home that has other animals.
