Meet Krypto! He’s a friendly, happy 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing in at 72.4 pounds. This boy loves everyone he meets—people and dogs alike!

Energetic and playful, Krypto's always ready for fun and loves to goof around. He’s strong on a leash but eager to learn, especially because he’s very food motivated. He already knows “sit” and is a sweet, affectionate pup who’s excited to find a family to love.

Krypto's adoption fee is $200 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

We are a not-for-profit, no-kill organization located in Central Illinois, whose primary focus is to find responsible, loving and permanent homes for the surrendered, abandoned, neglected or abused dogs from within our community. We do not discriminate based on a dog’s breed, age or health . We are a foster home based rescue; however, we also have a facility where dogs are cared for until foster placement or adoption.
