My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We got Wolfie from a friend that was moving and unable to take him. He was severely overweight and I think that it caused him pain but we dieted him and he is a healthy weight now. He is an outside dog that would easily acclimate to being an inside dog if you have the time to train him properly. He responds very well to treats as long as he’s not distracted. He is about 5 years old from what we were told. He is very sweet and loving but also shy and a little nervous around new people, especially men. Once you get to know him and he becomes comfortable with you he will be a good protector for your home. He does have some sensitive areas that he doesn’t like to be touched and he is scared of water hoses, but loves a small pool. He does well with other dogs, but does become protective over food and treats. He also does well with children as long as they are gentle with him. He would enjoy a home that has plenty of room to roam outside where he can get more attention and interaction.
