My name is Zipper!

History: Zipper is a super sweet boy who arrived to rescue in desperate need of a second chance. He is such a handsome and striking boy who is ready to meet his forever home soon!

A Note from the Foster: Zipper is a Bichon breeder release. When I first picked him up, he was very fearful of the world. Each day though, he comes a little bit more out of his shell. In just a week, he has become comfortable in my house, and I can see the typical Bichon-like, happy personality coming through. He is happy whenever he can be with his people (or other dogs) in a safe space. His laid-back personality makes him easy to take care of, and he seems grateful to be in a home environment. He likes playing with my dogs, and is also happy to sleep on the couch. He doesn’t bark much and doesn’t like his crate. He sleeps at night in a dog bed in his own room without any problems. We are working on potty training. He wears a belly band, as he does have problems with marking. He is comfortable going out to go potty in the yard, and hasn't been interested in any walks so far.
