Meet Ditto 7! This adorable 1-year-old, 46-pound girl may seem a little shy at first, but it doesn’t take long for her bright, happy personality to shine through. Once she’s leashed up, she starts wiggling with excitement—and the moment she hits the yard, she’s all joy! Ditto 7 loves to run, zoom, and play to her heart’s content. She does such a cute little prance on her walks. Ditto 7 loves engaging and coming in for pets and cuddles. If you sit down on a bench she climbs right into your lap if you let her. She can get a bit jumpy when she wants attention, but it’s all in her enthusiastic, affectionate nature.
Ditto 7 recently enjoyed a slumber party in a short-term foster home—and it gave us the perfect glimpse of who she is outside the shelter. Sweet, spunky, and smart, Ditto 7 may be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly and forms bonds fast. Once she feels comfortable, her bright, happy personality truly shines. During her time in foster care, Ditto 7 showed how much she loves being part of everyday life. She enjoys going for walks, taking in all the sniffies, and showing off the cutest little prance along the way. She’s curious about the world around her and adores people-watching, whether out and about or relaxing nearby. At home, she proved to be an affectionate lovebug—seeking out pets, tummy rubs, kisses, and happily climbing into laps for snuggles and hugs when invited.
Ditto 7 also impressed her foster with her smarts. She had only a couple of accidents and quickly learned to let her foster know when she needed to go out, even ringing bells at the door. She loves her meals, enjoys treats, and brings plenty of playful energy with her zoomies, romping, and adorable toe-tappies. While she can be a bit jumpy when asking for attention, it’s all part of her enthusiastic, eager-to-love nature.
She has encountered other dogs while out and about and has been curious but non-reactive, and she has met dog pals at BARCS, where she was bouncy, loose, and friendly with them.
With a heart of gold and a sparkling, playful personality, Ditto 7 is ready to trade sleepovers for a forever home.

If you don’t see what you are looking for, please visit our shelter to meet your perfect match today! Adoption fees are $75; however, we offer several adoption packages listed here. Our adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 2-6 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
