If you’ve ever dreamt of a cat who believes your lap is his rightful throne, Everest is your guy. Everest is a certified professional cuddler who just absolutely adores his humans. The moment you sit down—whether it’s for hours or “just a minute”—he’ll appear as if summoned, curl up, and happily lap-trap you for as long as possible.
Everest has affectionately been nicknamed “the baby,” and it’s easy to see why. He has the tiniest, squeakiest little meows, especially when he’s hungry or has something important to say. Sometimes he’ll even meow and yawn at the same time, which is almost too cute to handle. He’s a chatty sweetheart who loves being included in daily life and will gladly keep you company while you work from home or relax on the couch. When he’s not soaking up lap time, Everest enjoys snoozing in his favorite cozy hiding spots or showing off his playful side. He loves small toys, but nothing gets him more excited than a feather wand. And keep an eye out for his signature look: every so often his lip gets adorably stuck on his front tooth, giving him a legendary “snarl” that’s earned him the nickname Billy Idol.
Everest has not been tested with children or dogs but does like some cats. Everest is gentle, loving, and endlessly affectionate—a true angel who wants nothing more than to be close to his people. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will fill your days with warmth, laughter, and nonstop cuddles, Everest is ready to claim his spot in your lap (and your heart!). Please contact Team Cat Rescue today.
