🍁 Meet Autumn -- the sweetest little survivor 🍁

Autumn is a 4-month-old buff/cream tabby — a rare and beautiful color and she is female which is even rarer! Most orange tabbies are male but what makes her truly special isn’t her coloring or gender… it’s her strength.

Autumn came to us with a badly damaged eye and needed an emergency enucleation. The original plan was to return her to her colony once she healed, but something about her recovery didn’t sit right. Because she was being watched so closely, we discovered a hidden infection in her cheekbone — likely from old trauma. Thanks to fast veterinary care and lots of love, Autumn is now healing safely and blossoming every day.

And here’s the best part: Autumn has shown us that she’s far too sweet, affectionate, and people-oriented to go back outside. She loves to play, leans into gentle pets, and has the sweetest spirit despite everything she’s endured.
