Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ruby, a gentle soul with a heart full of love and resilience. This sweet girl is recovering beautifully from road rash-type injuries and proving to be just as resilient as she is sweet. Her injuries are healing up nicely—she just needs one bandage change a day now. Through it all, she’s stayed mellow, gentle, and full of love.
Ruby gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids, making her the perfect addition to just about any home. She’s easygoing, affectionate, and ready to soak up all the snuggles. This special girl is almost ready to start her new chapter—could it be with you?
Ruby is recovering amazingly from the road rash-type injuries she sustained, and her sweet spirit has shone through every step of the way. Her bandage changes are now much less frequent, and she’s healing beautifully. She does still need supervision, or a cone, so she doesn’t try to bother the healing spot on her paw, but she’s well on her way to being fully ready for her forever home.
Mellow, gentle, and incredibly loving, Ruby gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids. She’s the kind of easygoing companion who fits right in and warms hearts instantly.
She’s still in recovery, but we’re open to chatting with applicants about her timeline. If you’re looking for a resilient, affectionate girl to love, Ruby might be the one.Big Paws of the Ozarks is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas. We require an approved adoption application on file before scheduling meets with our dogs. You can find the application here (www.bigpawsozarks.org/adoption-application). Please email info@bigpawsoftheozarks.org if you have specific questions about an available dog.
