My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nate – The Cozy December Daydreamer

Nate, with his handsome grey-and-white coat and thoughtful little expression, is a 7-month-old kitten who approaches new places with quiet curiosity. Arriving alongside his brother Dan, he’s still learning that the world is a safe and gentle place, but snuggled up with Dan, he seems to exhale and relax into the moment.

Nate loves curling into warm piles of blankets, leaning into his brother for comfort, and soaking up soft pets from volunteers once he knows he’s safe. There’s a sweetness in him that feels like a peaceful winter afternoon: calm, soft, and full of potential.

As we get to know him, one thing is already clear: Nate feels his when alongside another cat. Together, they’ll flourish in a home ready to offer patience, understanding, and a warm space where two timid brothers can grow into confident, affectionate companions.

Nate is FIV/FeLV negative, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His birthday is estimated to be 4/25/2025.

More about this rescue

The mission of the Karma Cat Rescue Society is to provide a safe and peaceful haven for homeless, abandoned or abused animals. We will help decrease the number of cats and dogs being destroyed in kill shelters through the work of our foster, spay/neuter, trap-neuter-return, and education programs.

The vision of the Karma Cat Rescue Society is a world where every companion animal is respected, fed, warm, happy, and not in danger of being killed because it is temporarily homeless.
