My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ethan!

Hello there! I'm Ethan, and I'm here to tell you that I'm a cat of sophisticated tastes and well-established priorities.

Priority #1: FOOD. Let's just get that out there right away. I LOVE food. I love the smell of food. I love the anticipation of food. I love the actual eating of food. I love thinking about when food might happen next. Some cats are motivated by toys or attention - me? Show me the kibble and you've got my full attention!

Priority #2: Playing! I'm a handsome grey and white boy who enjoys a good romp. Feather wands? Excellent. Crinkly balls? Sign me up! I've got energy to burn and toys to conquer!

Priority #3: EPIC naps. After all that playing (and eating), a distinguished gentleman like myself needs his beauty rest. And I take my naps seriously - we're talking full commitment, maximum comfort, possibly sprawled in a sunbeam.

Now, here's the part where I need to be honest with you: when we first meet, I'm going to be a little shy. New places are scary! New people are overwhelming! I'm going to need a couple of weeks to figure out that you're safe, that this is home, and that I can relax. I know that's asking a lot, but good things take time, right?

But once I DO trust you? Oh, once you have my heart? I'm ALL IN. I'm talking purrs for days. Cuddles galore. That reserved boy from week one? He becomes your devoted, affectionate shadow who just wants to be near you (especially around meal times, obviously).

Oh! And I should mention - I have a best friend named Aiden. We'd absolutely LOVE to be adopted together if you have room in your heart (and home) for two! But I'm also totally capable of being your one-and-only if that works better for you. I'm flexible like that!

I'm looking for someone patient who understands that the best relationships are worth the wait. Someone who won't give up on me during those first shy weeks. Someone who appreciates a food-motivated, playful, cuddly boy once he comes out of his shell.

Ready to win over a handsome grey and white boy with treats and time? I'm ready to be won!
