Magic continues to amaze his foster mom with his progress and sweet personality. Whether it’s his growing self-control or his unmatched cuddling skills, this lovable boxer proves every day that he’s ready for his forever home. Over the last few months, his foster home has been bustling with house projects, bringing a steady stream of new people through the door. Surprisingly, this has helped Magic build even more self-control. When he sees workers pulling into the driveway, his wiggle-butt begins but so does the barking; letting everyone know that someone is approaching. However, with just a simple point to the crate, he goes in willingly, settles down, and quietly watches as they enter and begin their work. After patiently observing for a while, he’ll either take a nap or, if the visitor is a fan (and many are!), he gets his turn to come out and say hello. Magic is in his happy place when he makes a new friend and that friend takes him outside to throw balls so he can show off his impressive catching skills, and then stays long enough to come inside and cuddle on the couch with him. Watching him leap and play outside is always entertaining, but his snuggles have a way of melting hearts. The key to Magic’s success is patience. His future family will need to give him time and space to adjust to new people and settings. Once he’s comfortable, he’s ready to be the life of the party. And of course, regular exercise is essential but that’s no surprise for a young, athletic guy like him. If you’re looking for a spirited, snuggly, ball-loving companion who’s learning to balance his energy with patience, Magic might be the perfect match for you.
