Miss Boo Berry is one of the sweetest, wiggliest girls out there! While she can be a little timid with strangers and is more wary of men than women, she generally warms up quickly and rewards your effort to get to know her with all the kisses and snuggles you could ever want!
She loves a good snack or game of tug, and is a smart cookie who learns quickly - she would definitely benefit from a home where she gets plenty of exercise and mental stimulation to keep her busy and well fulfilled. Boo Berry likes to keep her special things to herself, especially toys and food. This is something many dogs experience, and it's very manageable with mindful care. If her future family includes another pet, help her feel safe by supervising mealtimes and toy play (put toys away when unsupervised).
She also loves other dogs, and with the exception of making sure she is fed separately (again, she loves her food, and therefore doesn't always like to share it), she would make a WONDERFUL fur sibling to another playful pup! Her best match will likely be a playful, confident, tolerant male who's happy to let her take the lead and doesn't mind her big personality. With slow introductions and the right companion, she has the potential to enjoy positive dog relationships. She would not, however, make a good kitty sibling, as she shows far too much interest in them.
Boo Berry truly is a special girl - while she doesn't always love her crate, she is INCREDIBLY well potty trained, settles easily in the house, and overall has pretty good leash manners (with the exception of sometimes getting overly excited when she sees other dogs). If you're looking for a loyal girl who's the life of the party and down for any adventure you throw at her, Boo is your girl!
