Catbus is a 3 year old male chinchilla who came to the rescue due to a lack of time for his care.
We are still getting to know him, but here is what his previous owner has to say about him: "Catbus is a 3 year old who loves his rose/hay biscuits and oats. He is timid, but is very curious, and will come out to say hello and see if you have any treats for him. He doesn’t like to be picked up or held, and when free roaming he does like to go into tight spaces. He does not bite, and is a very sweet boy overall. He previously had a companion before we got him. He loves apple wood chew sticks and running on his wheel at night."
They did report that the other chinchilla in the home did not like him, but he may do well with a different chinchilla.
We do prefer our solo chinchillas go to homes where they will have a new buddy to be friends with, but would consider a solo home with enough time to dedicate to him.
We can meet for adoptions within 1 hour of Minneapolis or Faribault, MN. Potentially further- please inquire and we can discuss!
