When a humble bard came along with Geralt of EHS, then so appeared this song to celebrate his gentleness! From the cold and desolate streets arrives Geralt, ready to find a safe place he can rest and call home.
ABOUT GERALT - At shelter - Geralt is described by many of our volunteers as a gentle giant, contrary to what his namesake may have you believe. - He takes a bit of time to warm up to strangers, but once you’ve earned his trust he loves to be pet on the head and shoulders and will lean in to receive you. - As a skittish cat with minimal experience with humans, Geralt will need time and patience while he warms up to his new family. - Geralt absolutely adores snacking on Churu tube treats, and he gives tiny, squeaky meows when he is happy! - Geralt is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
GERALT’S IDEAL HOME - Geralt may take some time to adjust to a new space, but even so, he is very curious and adventurous. - A skittish cat like Geralt will benefit from a calm, quiet environment, preferably without small children. - We aren’t yet sure whether Geralt enjoys the company of other cats. - Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Geralt settle into his new environment. If needed, EHS will offer post-adoption support to assist Geralt with a successful transition to his forever home.
A friend to humanity and in need of respite, Geralt is hoping to retire from his life as a Witcher and find a cozy refuge to call home. If you’re ready to welcome this weary traveller, apply to adopt Geralt the Gentle today!
