Joey was rescued from life outside and is now discovering how good it feels to be safe and loved. He has one eye that healed with some scarring, so it may not look perfect — but it doesn’t slow him down one bit. He doesn’t need surgery, just someone who sees how special he truly is.
Joey is a quiet, shy boy at first, but once he feels comfortable, his gentle personality shines. He loves other kitties, gets along well with the cat-friendly dog in his foster home, and has a playful side that comes out when the toys appear.
Joey is bonded to his sister, Jilley, and these two bring out the best in each other. Twice the fun, twice the love, and double the joy watching them grow up together.

To apply to adopt one of our pets, please complete our online adoption evaluation form. We will respond to your inquiry promptly. Our adoption fees for cats includes Feluk/FIV combo test, current vaccines, spay/neuter & microchip. Our adoption fees for dogs includes heartworm test, current vaccines, spay/neuter & microchip. Spay/neuter deposit fees apply on any animals too young to be altered at the time of adoption, and the deposit is returned upon proof of spay/neuter.
We adopt to homes within a 2 hour driving range of MetroDetroit.
