My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Fern. Are you my new mommy or daddy? I was found living outside with my siblings. I have really been enjoying my time inside since being rescued. My foster mom describes me as a motor boat because my purr is so loud! My favorite pass times are eating Churu or Temptations treats, watching hockey, and cuddling with my foster family. My favorite toys are my cat tunnel, fishing pole toys, and toy mice. I currently live with a dog, my siblings, and several adult cats and I get along great with all of them!

I am a good girl and use my litter box well. I love wet and dry food. I am Affectionate, Cuddly, Gentle, and Quiet.

Fern Wynnewood is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

It is Project MEOW's policy that kittens are either adopted with another cat or kitten, or go to a new family that already has a cat or kitten for companionship.

Adoption fee: $125 (plus tax)

Project MEOW Adoption Fees – Effective March 15, 2023

Cats/kittens under 1 years old: $125 + 8% sales tax = $135
Cats ages 1-9 years old: $100 + 8% sales tax = $108

Adopt 2 cats and save $25 off the total adoption fee

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
