Her name is Meimei (pronounced May-May). We originally got her from a friend, and she’s been part of our family since she was a puppy. She’s crate trained (but not fully house trained yet) and knows basic commands like sit, stay, and no.
Meimei is extremely playful and energetic. She grew up around our two young sons (ages 5 and 2) and is frequently around our nieces and nephew—she’s never had issues with children or other dogs. She’s been with our lab mix, Woody, since she was little, and the two of them get along great.
She loves being outdoors and prefers to be with her people. She gets sad when she’s in the crate, but she doesn’t whine or bark to get out. Her favorite toys are stuffed animals (she tears through them pretty quickly), and she doesn’t like rubber or plastic toys.
She eats mostly wet food and can be picky with dry kibble. Right now, she’s on Purina One Lamb & Beef, and sometimes the Sam’s Club version of the same flavor.
