My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She’s Triss, the youngest cat of the Witcher clowder!

Triss the cat doesn’t have magical healing potions or amulets, but she does have a ton of charisma. Like her Witcher character, she is gentle and loves deeply. Triss arrived at EHS with Cahir, now adopted, and she is hoping her forever family won’t be far behind.

ABOUT TRISS
- In foster
- When Triss first arrived, she was quite reserved, but she has blossomed in her loving foster home. She is now described as “incredibly affectionate and full of energy.” Was it a magical healing amulet, or just good old-fashioned love and care?
- Triss is a herd animal and loves to follow the humans and cats around all day. Full disclosure: she has not figured out the concept of “privacy.”
- FOMO alert! If the resident cats are doing something interesting, Triss will run over to play. Her favourite toy is a toss-up between the ball and the wand toy. She also loves different textures like fluffy blankets and scratchy cardboard.
- Triss is curious and full of energy. When she does stop to rest, it’s usually in a comical position with her belly exposed.
- Don’t take your love away! Triss has no problem vocally displaying her dissatisfaction if she hasn’t received her quota of human affection. The cuddles must be on her terms though.
- This sweetie still doesn’t love to be picked up, and she is shy of visitors.
- Triss can be a picky eater, but is always happy to see kibbles and the occasional dry treat.
- A lucky sign? This sweetie’s birthday falls on St. Patrick’s Day!
- Triss is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.

TRISS’S IDEAL HOME
- Triss gets along with compatible cats and needs a home with a feline friend (or more).
- Due to her distrust of loud noises, a home without very young children would be best. She would do well with gentle, school-aged children.
- We are unsure of her history with dogs.

Is your home the next step in the healing journey for this sweet, young cat? Why not arrange a meet and greet with Triss? She might just bring the magic you’ve been waiting for!
