My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Blaze! 🔥Blaze may have a bold name, but he’s all heart. This bright, spirited pup lights up every room he walks into. Curious, playful, and always ready for adventure, Blaze loves exploring new things and making friends—human and furry alike.

He’s a quick learner with a spark of intelligence that shines through in everything he does. Whether he’s working on his puppy manners, chasing a toy, or snuggling up after a busy day, Blaze brings warmth and joy wherever he goes.

If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion who will brighten your days and grow with your family, Blaze is ready to be your shining little star.

Blaze will come with age-appropriate vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $250.

More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
