My name is Martini!

Martini starts her morning out by accompanying me to the bathroom, making sure that I get her pets in and her food dish is full lol. She enjoys her afternoons laying in a kitty tree by the window. Taking naps and watching for birds and squirrels if any happen to make an appearance. She has contagious enthusiasm for wand toys and balls. Playing with or without someone attached to them lol. Which in turn entertains and engages my dog into playing as well. She has very soft fur and could go hours with being loved on with an instant purr attached.

I was found in a covered trailer on property belonging to a friend of Michele's Rescue. I had been seen last year walking around begging for food. No one ever claimed me, so I continued to stray on my own and to have kittens. When I was found, I had just given birth to five kittens, but two didn’t survive because it was too cold. I am a sweet young lady who is looking for a loving family to keep me warm and safe -- definitely indoors -- forever!  

Martini is a sweet lovey mama cat at the moment. She's so gentle with her babies. Definitely loving all the attention she can get from any human she encounters, very friendly and chill. An instant purr machine. She has been doing well being around the dog, too; they have been interacting well and Martini even tries to rub up on the dog. Hasn't had too much time to play with her since she's nursing her 3 babies still but does engage with a few toys once in awhile. She seems to be more of a lounge cat.
