Meet your new best friend, Stella! She is a sweet 6-year-old bulldog/boxer mix. This gentle girl is the perfect blend of calm, cuddly, and goofy- with just enough occasional zoomies to let you know she's young at heart. Stella is fully house trained and non-destructive when left alone. She's a well-mannered companion who is just happy to snooze on the couch or next to her people. She has some skin issues she is currently on meds for but it is clearing up beautifully! If you're looking for a loyal snuggle partner, Stella is your girl! She gets along with other dogs and has lived in a previous home with cats and her current foster home has kids ranging in age from 6-15.Stella is ready for her forever home- filled with cuddles, belly rubs, and a family who appreciates her sweet, mellow personality!

Everyone MUST submit an application to be considered for adoption

Interview

We will talk to you and your references to get a feel of what you're looking for in a pet and if the particular pet would be a good fit

Home Check

This is required. We want to see where the pet will be living and it gives us an opportunity to meet you!

Meet the Pet

A meet and greet will be arranged after you have been approved as an applicant

More about this rescue

Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.

We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.

Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals. Paws Across Pittsburgh strongly believes in Force Free training methods for our animals.
