My name is Scarlett, and I’ve learned that life can be beautiful, even when it starts out in the dark.
I was rescued by Pet Pals from a heartbreaking hoarding situation. For a long time, home was a tiny kennel shared with three other cats. We had no room to stretch, no clean place to sleep, and no kind voices to tell us we were loved. But since the day I was saved, my whole world has changed.
The New & Improved Scarlett:
Freedom Seeker: I absolutely love having the space to roam! You’ll often find me exploring every corner of my foster home, just because I can.
Toy Enthusiast: I finally have toys of my very own, and I’m making up for lost time by playing as much as possible.
Foodie at Heart: There is nothing better than having my own food dish and knowing I’ll never go hungry again.
The Ultimate Sweetheart: My foster mom and dad tell me I’m the sweetest girl. I’ve discovered that "pets" are the best thing in the world, and I can’t get enough of them.
A Special Note:
Out of the 13 cats rescued from that house, I am one of the last two still waiting for a family. I’m not sure why I’m still here, but I haven't lost hope! I am so incredibly thankful for my freedom, and I spend every day showing my gratitude with gentle head-butts and a heart full of love.

When you find an animal you are interested in adopting submit an adoption application. The application will ask for basic information about you and your household, as well as your experience with pet ownership.
If your application is approved, you will be notified and a meet and greet scheduled where the adoption fees will be paid in full and the adoption contract signed.
Take your new pet home! The staff member will provide you with instructions on how to care for your new pet and will answer any questions you have.
