Carter is a sweet, easygoing tabby boy who recently appeared at a managed outdoor cat colony—but it quickly became clear he didn't belong! Unlike the other residents, Carter seeks human company, approaches for attention, and showed the caretaker that he clearly was in the wrong place but at the right time.

This gentle guy is social, curious, and grateful for kindness. He’s adjusting well to safe surroundings and would thrive in a home where he can enjoy affection, comfort, and stability. Carter would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loving, people-oriented cat.
