My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Bodie! I am a 6 year old lab mix and I am a big boy. My parents adopted me in 2020. I am such a sweetheart 99% of the time. I love to relax on the couch, play with my brother Tucker (dog), and cuddle. I used to sleep in bed with my parents. But, something great happened and my parents had my baby sister Kennedy. I have always had a problem with resource guarding human food. It got worse when my parents adopted Tucker. I can get agitated and aggressive when it comes to food. My parents have tried all they can to try to help me. But, with having Kennedy and knowing she will be a walking toddler carrying around food scares them on what I might do. They are so incredibly devastated and are having an extremely hard time with this. I am a dog who is very in tune with my parents emotions and comfort them whenever they need me. This is so hard on them and they want to find the best fit for me. They think I need someone with more experience than they can offer.
