My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"A dog's love is unconditional, pure, and 100% genuine. They are the epitome of true love and loyalty." This makes us think of Thanos, who will be such a devoted part of his new family. He is two years old and weighs 55 pounds.

Thanos is such a love - he is so gentle and good natured and is a sought after companion at the shelter. He ambles contentedly at your side on daily walks and loves to play in the fenced yard. Once he is done, Thanos loves to hang out with you to be petted and enjoy some quality time.

He is a bright dog who should master any commands you want to teach him.

Thanos is such a sweetheart and will be such a fine family dog!

More about this shelter

Cheatham County Animal Control is committed to finding good homes for the animals that come into the shelter system. We work with rescues and adopters. We are a no kill shelter but we rely on people coming in to adopt!

All of our cats/dogs receive vaccinations that are appropriate for the age and health when they are at animal control. We also spay and neuter all of our animals. The adopter is responsible for all vaccinations and medical care after adoption.
