Squeaky is the total package: he`s smart, affectionate, and absolutely adorable—with the added bonus of an endearing dark spot on the tip of his tongue that`ll make you smile every time you see it! He loves nothing more than snuggling up for cuddles and soaking up all the affection you can give. He`s incredibly food-motivated, which makes training a breeze, and he already knows his basic commands.
This boy is independent enough to entertain himself but equally happy to spend quiet time with you on the couch. He`s potty trained, walks well on a leash, and gets along great with children. His energy level is low to moderate—perfect if you want an active companion without requiring extensive outdoor activities.
A heads-up: Squeaky does bark (hence the name!), and while he can play nicely with other dogs, he can be a bit selective about his canine companions. He`d likely be happiest as the only dog in the home. He`s also not a fan of cats, so a cat-free household would be best.

As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days.

Contact your vet for information on current and previous animals. It is critical that you have authorized your vet to release information to us.
If you are a renter, we will contact your landlord for verification of animal acceptance, or you can provide a copy of your lease.
Complete a background check using publicly available information.
If applying to adopt a dog, we will complete a home visit which requires all household members to be present.
After the approval is complete you will be free to meet our animals. When meeting dogs, all members of the household as well as any dogs will be required to meet prior to finalizing any adoption.
Our process is thorough and allows us to make every effort to identify the right match for your family. Please be forthcoming of all information during the process as that is what allows us to find the match. Adding a new family member is FOREVER and will adjust your free time, finances and overall life style. Animal adoption is a serious decision.
