Looking for a pretty kitty to take over your home (and your heart)? Look no further than Minxy!
Minxy is beautiful and wants to be treated like the princess that she is. To her, that means keeping her favorite treats in stock, playing with the laser pointer, and cozy nights on the couch. Minxy prefers being loved from afar and takes time to warm up so she will need someone with the patience to gain her trust. She'd love a calm home without too much activity or loud noises. If the pet is already spayed/neutered, and we're not waiting on a meet & greet or medical results to come back, the pet can go home TODAY!

Additional adoption info

VHS Adoption hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00-6:00 pm Central Standard Time.

Our adoption fees are as follows:

Cats & kittens: $100
Dogs older than 6 months: $200
Puppies under 6 months: $250
Rabbits: $50

Dog and cat adoption fees include the animal's spay or neuter, nationally-registered microchip, and age-appropriate vaccinations.

Please visit our shelter between the hours of 12:00 noon CST and 6:00 pm CST Tuesday through Saturday to adopt an animal, no appointment needed!

Therefore, we depend on the generosity of the corporate community and the public at large to continue, and hopefully expand, the much needed services we offer.
