Meet Chunk! This lovable, big-hearted boy was abandoned at FCHS on Halloween. He’s a sweet, wiggly bundle of joy and a true cuddle enthusiast. Around four years old, he is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had his blood work done. Chunk is Lyme-positive but is currently receiving treatment. Although we don't know much about him, we know he deserves a wonderful life where his family will treasure him for the wonderful dog he is. The Forest County Humane Society is a non-profit, no-kill shelter in the great north woods located in Crandon, Wisconsin. We rescue, rehabilitate and adopt out all breeds of dogs and cats. Every animal is given a thorough examination by a veterinarian before placing them in a loving home and all animals are tested for Lyme disease, heartworm, feline leukemia and other infectious or debilitating diseases.
